If the US is a democracy, why are so many companies in the US ran like a dictatorship? You may argue that this is because the person in charge (the owner) put a lot of money into starting his own business without the help of the employees. It makes sense, but it doesn't make sense to shut out everyone's opinion and only go with your own. At least that's what I think...
